A number of ways will be used to communicate this apology to Iraqi citizens:

• Arabic and Kurdish language websites will be set up containing the apology and, hopefully, the comments added by US citizens can aslo be included.  This web address will be publicized throughout the Middle East
• The text of the apology itself will be publicized in advertisements purchased on middle eastern web portals and popular web sites, major newspapers in Iraq, Jordan and Syria (where there are major populations of Iraqi refugees).
• The text of the apology will be read aloud in advertisements purchased on radio stations in Iraq, Jordan and Syria
• Eventually, individual U.S. citizen volunteers will travel to Iraq to meet with Iraqi citizens and communicate their apologies

The timeline for these activities will depend on donations and volunteer assistance to make these steps happen
